Implement Agile methodologies to enhance delivery efficiency, manage risks, resolve dependencies, and ensure timely delivery. Conduct Scrum Ceremonies Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement. Coordinate Agile Release Train ceremonies PI Planning, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt. Design and execute test strategies, prepare test cases, validate test results, and manage defect tracking. Develop dashboards and reports to monitor ART performance, and enable data-driven decision-making. Skills required: Agile, Rally, Jira, Confluence, Tableau, and MS Office Suite. Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, or Engineering (any) along with five years of experience in the job offered or related occupation is required. Work location: Ann Arbor, MI and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.
